Love Spoon Socks

£4.50

Cabled sock knitting pattern – perfect for confidence-building with cables and reading charts (written instructions also available!).

UK downloads only from the shop – if you live overseas, please purchase from Ravelry or Payhip.

The cable panel of these socks reminds me of the intricate wooden Welsh love spoons that were traditionally carved as a gesture of love and to showcase the skills of the carver. Whether knitted as a gift for yourself or another, the love that is knitted into every stitch will be apparent to everyone who sees them!

Perfect for confidence-building, these socks are knitted in 4ply with a centred cable pattern.  The pattern has both written instructions and a chart.  They have a heel flap and gusset; the heel flap is created with slip stitches to give a comfortable, cushioned heel.
